It all began after Ujjwal and Anjalee got married. After six years together, they finally moved into their first home and, like every couple, dreamt of making it their own. They wanted walls that carried their stories, not just frames that filled empty space. But everywhere they looked, the art felt the same — generic, mass-made, and soulless.

So Ujjwal picked up a pencil. He began sketching the cities they had visited, places that meant something to them, moments they wanted to hold onto. Those sketches slowly found their way onto the walls of their new home. What began as a way to decorate their own space soon grew into Monkart — a journey to create art that connects, not just decorates.
